CARE
Dishwasher cleaning is not recommended, as it could damage the knife blade due to harsh detergents that can attack stainless steel.
To maintain cutting efficiency, we strongly recommend handwashing your knife in warm, soapy water immediately after use. It is recommended to wash the blade immediately after each use and dry it thoroughly before storing it.
If stains appear on the blade, clean it with a stainless steel cleaner.
Never let the blade come into contact with other metal, ceramic, or glass utensils, as this could damage and dull the edge.
The knife's edge remains protected when stored with other utensils in a drawer, thanks to the included sheath.
