Carefully place the eggs upright, pointed end down, and gently fold down the top shell.
Press both buttons until you hear a double click.
For best results, remove the eggs you plan to use from the refrigerator about half an hour in advance to allow them to return to room temperature. They will have a larger volume when blending, or when emulsifying mayonnaise or beating egg whites.

Some tips for care and use
Caution: During transport, the inserts hold the eggs in place, and the outer shells protect against crushing and breakage, but not after a drop.
For proper storage, make sure the eggs are dry before storing them.
Do not wash the eggs before storing them!
