Cooking Pot Préparation

Cut the puff pastry into 1 cm strips (Paring Knife) and wrap them around the bananas or ½ bananas so they look like mummies.

Place the puff pastry-wrapped bananas on a baking sheet (Baking Sheet with Rim) placed on the cold oven rack.

Brush them (Pro Silicone Brush) with the egg yolk mixed with water.

Sprinkle them with vanilla sugar and shredded coconut, then place 2 raisins on each banana to form the eyes.

Bake for about 20 minutes in the preheated convection oven at setting 7 or 210°C. Let rest for about 10 minutes before serving with a chocolate fondue.

Pour 350 ml of water into the Chocolate Fondue Base, place the insert with the dark chocolate in one compartment. Heat for about 3 minutes at 600 watts, then add the white or milk chocolate to the other compartment and melt for about 2 minutes at 600 watts. Stir. If necessary, reheat in 1-minute intervals at 600 watts.

Serve the mummy bananas with picks for dipping them into the melted chocolate.
