Legal and Commercial Warranties Attached to the Products

Regardless of the commercial warranty, Tupperware products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity mentioned in Articles L. 217-3 to L. 217-13 of the French Consumer Code and by the warranty relating to defects in the item sold, under the conditions provided for in Articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the French Civil Code.

- When the customer acts under the legal guarantee of conformity: they have a period of two years to take action; they may choose, under the conditions provided for in Articles L. 217-8 et seq. of the Consumer Code, between repair or replacement of the goods; they are exempt from providing proof of the existence of the defect at the time of purchase if it appears within the period specified in Article L. 217-7 of the Consumer Code.

- The customer may decide to implement the warranty against defects in the item sold within the meaning of Article 1641 of the Civil Code and, in this case, may choose between the action for rescission and the action for damages provided for in Article 1644 of the Civil Code. The implementation of the legal warranties referred to above will not incur any costs for the customer.

- Tupperware products sold from 1 April 2025 onwards also benefit from a 10-year commercial warranty against any manufacturing defect, subject to use in accordance with the recommendations for use.

The implementation of the commercial warranty will be subject to a credit that can be used on the commercial website https://tupperware-eu.com and to the general terms and conditions of use of the website.

The 10-year commercial warranty does not apply to products containing electronic components, Flexible Cutting Boards, Silicone Oven Mitts, Microfibres, steel elements: blades, grates and graters, Premiaglass bases, and products with an Eterna® non-stick coating (Micro Pro Grill, Black Series products).

When using Tupperware® products in a microwave, the Tupperware® warranty only applies to products designed for this purpose.

Tupperware offers a spare parts sales service (subject to availability) for most products.
