Cooking Pot Préparation

Coarsely grate the almonds (Grate n store).

Put them with the sesame seeds in a pan and toast over medium-low heat.

Add the honey and heat for about 1 minute, stirring to blend everything well.

Off the heat, add the rolled oats, dried fruits, and mix well.

Spread into the Snack Party, press down with the tamper, and let rest for 1 hour.

Carefully unmould the bars by pressing the back of the Snack Party.

Enjoy at breakfast or take along for a tasty and balanced snack.
