Orange Brownifoot
Discover a moist and intense chocolate brownie, delicately flavored with orange zest, for a gourmet and slightly tangy touch.

Préparation
Melt the chocolate and butter, cut into pieces, for 1 minute 30 seconds at 600 watts (1 l MicroCook Pitcher). Let rest for 2 minutes and stir (Silicone Spatula) to get a smooth mixture.
Whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture lightens.
Add the chocolate, flour, orange zest (Zest n press), and mix (Whisk mixer).
Divide the mixture into the cavities of the Mini Football Mold placed on the cold oven rack and bake for about 25 minutes, low in the oven preheated to conventional heat, Th 6 or 180°C. Let cool, unmold, and serve.
Variations: Omit the orange zest. Fill the cavities with the chocolate batter, place a fruit coulis ice cube (Cool Cubes) in the center, and cover it with a little more chocolate batter. Bake as directed in the recipe.
