Mexican Burger
Discover the Mexican burger, a generous and spicy burger with Tex-Mex flavors, combining lime-scented meat, cilantro, jalapeño, melted cheese, and crispy chips for an explosion of taste.

Préparation
Mix (Aloha Salad Bowl 2 l), the ground meat, lime zest and juice (Zest n Press), crushed chips, grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Wash the coriander, chili, and onions. Remove the stems from the drained coriander, cut the chili and remove the seeds, chop the onions, and peel the garlic cloves.
Finely chop (SuperSonic Chopper extra) the coriander, chili, onions, and garlic cloves.
Add them to the meat and mix to get a well-blended mixture. Form 4 equal portions (Hamburger Press).
Preheat the Air Fryer for about 5 minutes at 190°C, then cook 2 steaks for about 5 minutes, flip them, and finish cooking for 2 to 5 minutes (depending on your preference). Do the same for the next 2 steaks.
Make your burgers with the bread and toppings of your choice: cucumber, lettuce, tomato, sauces... and enjoy them hot.
Tips: Toast the burger buns before adding the toppings and meat. Make a sauce by mixing yogurt with peeled and chopped garlic, or prepare guacamole to garnish or accompany your burger.
