Cooking Pot Préparation

Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 10 minutes.

Wash the zucchinis and cut them into tagliatelle strips (Spiralizer Junior).

Cook the zucchinis for about 10 minutes at 600 watts in the Micro Urban Family microwave.

Place the still-warm zucchinis in a large bowl with the gelatin squeezed out by hand, mix, then add the rest of the filling ingredients.

Line the lightly oiled Charlotte mold (Pro silicone brush) with thin slices of ham and pour in the mixture.

Press down, close, and refrigerate for 3 hours.
