Cooking Pot Préparation

Melt the white chocolate pieces (MicroCook Pitcher 1 l) for about 2 minutes at 360 watts, stirring halfway through. Pour it onto a baking sheet (Rimmed Baking Sheet).

Melt 350 g of dark chocolate pieces for about 4 minutes 30 seconds at 360 watts, stirring halfway through. Add the remaining 150 g of dark chocolate pieces to the melted chocolate and stir to obtain a smooth mixture (if needed, reheat in 15-second bursts at 360 watts).

Spread the dark chocolate over the white chocolate and gently draw swirls to partially blend the two chocolates (using a skewer or a fine silicone spatula).

Sprinkle your choice of crushed topping over the chocolates, pressing lightly so the topping sticks to the chocolates. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Carefully unmold and break the bar as desired.

Place the pieces in paper cases and a pretty gift box to give. Otherwise, store them in an airtight box in the refrigerator.

Tip: you can also mix three chocolates: dark, white, and milk.
