Salmon-Stuffed Zucchini
Des courgettes farcies au saumon et au Kiri, cuites rapidement au micro-ondes pour un repas léger.

Préparation
Wash the zucchinis, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the seeds with a spoon.
Cut the zucchinis to fit the width of the dish (MicroPlus oval 1.5 l). Keep the extra pieces.
Chop (SuperSonic chopper extra) the extra zucchini pieces with the peeled onion, then add the salmon pieces, Kiri cheese, salt, pepper, and chop coarsely.
Spread the rice at the bottom of the dish (MicroPlus oval 1.5 l), place the zucchinis stuffed with the salmon mixture on top, pour the vegetable broth, drizzle with olive oil, cover, and cook for 12 to 15 minutes at 600 watts. Let rest for 5 minutes.
