Cooking Pot Préparation

Coat the 750 ml Dish with caramel (Pro Silicone Brush).

Peel the pears, cut them in half, and remove the cores. Place one pear half in the center and arrange the remaining quartered pears around it.

Whisk the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well, then add the flour and mix.

Pour the mixture over the pears and spread it out, roughly, taking care not to overload the center.

Stack the Combo Microwave 3 Casseroles and cook for 25 minutes at 600 watts. Leave the cake to rest and cool.

Zest and juice the oranges (Citrus Juicer). Add the brown sugar and mix.

Turn the cake out onto a serving dish and let it cool slightly before drizzling it with the sweetened orange juice.

Serve with liquid caramel and pecans (optional).

Variation: replace the pears with pears in syrup or other fruit in syrup.

Individual cooking: Cook uncovered for about 10 minutes at 600 watts. Leave to rest and serve as indicated.
