Mini burger foot
Discover delicious homemade mini burgers that are soft and tasty, filled with steak, melted cheddar, and fresh vegetables, perfect for an appetizer or a friendly meal.

Préparation
Mix the crumbled yeast into the water (300 ml Bowl) and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Mix (Silicone Spatula) all the dough ingredients in a bowl to obtain a smooth and elastic dough. Cover the bowl with the Lid and place it in a sink filled with warm water (38-40°C) for about 30 minutes to let the dough rise.
Knead the dough lightly and divide it into 6 portions; since the dough is slightly sticky, use a spoon to help. Fill the cavities of the Mini Football Mold placed on the cold oven rack with dough and press down lightly. Cover the Mold with a clean cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated convection oven, Th 6/7 or 190°C.
Remove from the mold immediately and spread the egg white mixed with sesame seeds on the rounded part (Pro Silicone Brush). Finish baking for about 3 minutes in the oven.
Form 6 small patties, lightly oil them, and pan-fry on both sides. Salt and pepper.
Cut the onion, tomato, and pickles into 6 slices each.
Cut the buns in half, brush them with sauce, and fill them with the topping ingredients. Return them to the oven for about 3 minutes to warm and melt the cheese.
