Mini chocolate fondants
Discover our recipe for mini chocolate melts, a rich dessert with a soft center, perfect for your special occasions.

Préparation
Preheat the oven to Th 7/8 or 220°C, without the rack.
Melt the chocolate pieces and butter (1 l MicroCook Jug) for about 2 minutes at 600 watts. Let rest for 1 minute and stir (Scraper) to obtain a smooth mixture.
Mix in the sugar, then the eggs, and finish with the flour.
Let the batter rest in the cool for 15 minutes if possible.
Place the Mini Muffin Mold on the cold oven rack, you can slip a paper case into each cavity, then distribute the mixture into the cavities.
Bake for 8 minutes in the preheated oven. The inside of the fondant remains soft but not runny.
Let rest for 5 minutes before unmolding. Enjoy warm or cold, sprinkled with bitter cocoa or icing sugar (Tup Sieve) and decorate with gold leaf crumbs (optional).
