Avocado bread
Discover our delicious soft and original avocado bread, perfect for a healthy and tasty snack in 10 minutes in the microwave.

Préparation
1. Preheat the oven to Th 6 or 180°C.
2. In a bowl (1 l Baking Bowl and Mixing Whisk), mix the
flour, salt, and baking powder, then set aside.
3. Blend into a smooth purée (SuperSonic Chopper extra) the flesh of
the avocados with the sugar and vanilla.
4. Whisk the eggs (Speedy Chef 2) until creamy.
5. Add the avocado purée to the eggs (Speedy Chef 2) and mix
(speed 2).
6. Add the dry ingredients and gently fold in (Silicone Spatula) to get a lump-free batter.
7. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan if needed
(Ultra Pro Terrine 1.8 l or Loaf Pan) and bake for about 55
minutes in the preheated oven. Check doneness by inserting the tip
of a knife, which should come out dry.
8. Let cool outside the oven before unmolding.
