Iced chocolate sandwich
Discover a generous chocolate and vanilla ice cream sandwich, between two soft cocoa cookies for an ultra indulgent dessert.

Préparation
Preheat the oven with fan heat, setting 6/7 or 190°C.
Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, cocoa powder, butter, and water.
Divide the dough in two. Fill the Football Mold with half of the dough and bake for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
Let the cake cool completely before removing it from the mold. Repeat the process with the other half of the dough in a clean Football Mold.
Before serving, spread the ice cream, taken out of the freezer 10 minutes earlier, on the smooth side of one cake, avoiding the edges (Silicone spatula).
Place the other cake, smooth side down on the ice cream, and gently press so the ice cream spreads to the edge of the sandwich.
Serve the ice cream sandwich immediately.

- 250 g of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 180 g of brown sugar or muscovado sugar
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 80 g of cocoa powder
- 220 g of softened butter
- 30 g of water
- 1 l of vanilla ice cream
