Sandwich Cookie
Discover delicious chocolate sandwich cookies filled with a smooth vanilla cream for an irresistible gourmet break.

Préparation
Preheat the oven to Th 6/7 or 190°C using conventional heat.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients (silicone spatula) to obtain a smooth batter.
Place the mini football mold on the cold oven rack and distribute the batter into the cavities.
Press the batter down using the back of a tablespoon.
Bake for about 15 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before unmolding, then let cool completely.
Cut horizontally (tomato knife or bread knife).
Mix all the vanilla filling ingredients (whisk mixer) then fill the cookies.
Let rest for 1 hour if possible and serve with a glass of milk.

- Chocolate cookie dough:
- 120 g brown sugar
- 140 g melted butter
- 160 g all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder (± 2 ml)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 60 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp water (± 15 ml)
- Vanilla filling:
- 50 g softened butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (± 2 ml)
