American or Greek burger
Discover the American or Greek burger, two delicious homemade burger versions: one inspired by American classics with cheddar and ketchup, the other with Mediterranean flavors featuring feta, garlic, and tzatziki sauce.

Préparation
Mix the ground meat with salt and pepper (Aloha Bowl 2 l). Depending on your choice, add onion powder for the American burger or crumbled feta, parsley, and garlic for the Greek burger.
Make 4 equal patties (Hamburger Press). Preheat the Air Fryer for about 5 minutes at 190°C, then cook 2 patties for about 5 minutes, flip them, and finish cooking for 2 to 5 minutes (depending on your taste). Do the same for the next 2 patties. If you add cheddar, place it on the meat at the end of cooking and let it melt for about 1 minute in the hot Air Fryer.
Do the same with the remaining 2 portions.
Assemble the burgers with the toppings of your choice and serve them with fries (Super Dicer) or salad.

- American burger:
- 1 tbsp of onion powder

- Greek burger:
- 20 g of crumbled feta
- 1 tbsp of dried parsley
- ½ tsp of garlic powder
- Optional: olives, tomato, spinach sprouts, red onion, tzatziki sauce...
