• Vegetarian burgers: Prepare your own falafel mix with herbs and spices and shape it like burgers. Use egg and breadcrumbs to hold the burger together. Lentils or beans are also an excellent alternative for a healthy burger.
• Chicken nuggets: Finely chop cooked chicken or turkey and mix with a thick seasoned white sauce. Add chopped parsley, sliced onion, or lemon zest for seasoning. Prepare the burgers and freeze them. Dip them in egg and breadcrumbs before frying.
• Potato patties: Use leftover mashed potatoes to make potato patties. Bind with an egg and season well. To vary, add cheese or chopped cooked vegetables. Refrigerate for later use or freeze.
• Fish cakes: Make your own “round fish sticks” with smoked fish, white fish, or a mix. Sprinkle some breadcrumbs inside the ring then add a portion of fish mixture to form the patty. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, press lightly with the Press, and remove the ring.

Enjoy your burgers immediately or freeze them for later use.
