Bacon bites with jalapeño pepper

Préparation
Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, rinse, dry, and set aside.
In a small bowl ( Ultimate mixing bowl 1 l ), mix ( Narrow silicone spatula ) the cream cheese, finely chopped cheddar ( SuperSonic Chopper small ), garlic powder, salt, and pepper to get a homogeneous mixture.
Stuff half of the jalapeños with a tablespoon of the cheese mixture, then wrap them with half a slice of smoked bacon, starting diagonally to cover all the filling (the bacon will shrink during cooking, so make sure the filling is well covered, and if possible twice, with the bacon).
Preheat the Air Fryer for 5 minutes at 200°C.
Place half of the stuffed jalapeños in the Air Fryer basket without them touching and cook for about 15 minutes.
The bacon must be cooked.
Keep warm and do the same with the remaining jalapeños.
