Mix the baker's yeast with water and let it rest for 5 minutes. (300 ml bowl).
Preheat the oven to Th 6/7 or 200°C.
In the large bowl, pour the flour, sugar, rehydrated yeast, and mix (silicone spatula).
Add the eggs, cream, melted butter, and mix thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into the Hoops Mold placed on the cold oven rack, sprinkle with brown sugar, and bake for about 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
Unmold and enjoy warm.
