Selon la quantité de pâte utilisée, créez des hoops avec le centre ouvert ou fourré pour le garnir.

Avant de remplir les alvéoles du moule, posez-le :

sur la grille froide du four avant de faire cuire une préparation ;
ou dans la Boîte Igloo 2,25 l pour mouler une préparation au congélateur ou réfrigérateur.
