Caprese Burger
Discover the Caprese burger, a delicious twist on the classic tomato-mozzarella duo, paired with a pesto-flavored chicken steak for a tender, fresh burger full of Italian flavors.

Préparation
Chop (SuperSonic Chopper extra) the chicken into pieces.
In a mixing bowl (Allegra Salad Bowl 1.5 l), mix the chopped chicken, half of the pesto, the breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper, then divide the mixture into 4 equal portions.
Press each chicken portion to make 4 equal burgers (Hamburger Press).
Toast the burger buns for about 5 minutes in the Air Fryer at 180°C. Keep them warm.
Cook about 7 minutes at 180°C, 2 portions of chicken in the Air Fryer Basket.
Carefully turn them over (Double Tongs) and continue cooking for about 4 minutes. Place a slice of mozzarella on each portion and cook for about 3 minutes (until the cheese is melted). Keep them warm.
Do the same with the remaining 2 chicken portions.
Spread the remaining pesto on the burger buns, place a slice of tomato and a portion of the cheesy chicken. Decorate with balsamic cream, close the burger, and serve with a rocket salad.
