Marinated Fish Burger
Discover a flavorful and aromatic marinated fish burger, prepared with a lemony fresh herb marinade and then cooked in the Air Fryer for a crispy and light result.

Préparation
Rinse the fish and pat it dry.
Finely chop the peeled and washed onions (SuperSonic Chopper extra). Add all the remaining marinade ingredients and blend. Add the rinsed, patted dry, and cut fish pieces and pulse coarsely.
Place the mixture in a dish (Aloha Salad Bowl 2 l) and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Mix the marinated fish with the beaten egg and breadcrumbs to firm up the mixture, then form patties (Hamburger Press) by pressing firmly.
Place them in the Air Fryer and cook for about 12 minutes, setting 6/7 or 190°C, turning halfway through cooking (adjust cooking time to your taste).
Warm the burger buns in the oven (optional). Spread the inside of the buns with mayonnaise mixed with capers, add your choice of toppings, a fish patty, arugula, and close the bun. Enjoy immediately.
