Spicy Chili Burgers with Spicy Mayonnaise
Discover bold and generous beef burgers, marinated in a garlicky adobo sauce with spices, then topped with a creamy spicy mayonnaise.

Préparation
In a mixing bowl (Aloha 2 l Bowl), combine the ground beef, chopped parsley (SuperSonic Compact Chopper), garlic, salt, onion powder, and adobo sauce* until the mixture is well blended. Cover and let marinate for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
While the meat is marinating, mix the mayonnaise and chili powder (or fresh deseeded and finely chopped chilies).
Divide the marinated meat into 6 equal portions and form patties by pressing the meat firmly (Hamburger Press).
In a hot, oiled pan, cook the patties in batches of 3 for about 3 to 5 minutes depending on your preference. Flip them, add sliced cheese on top, cover the pan, and finish cooking for about 2 minutes. Adjust the time to your liking. Keep warm and repeat with the remaining 3 patties.
Heat the buns, spread the spicy mayonnaise, add a patty and the toppings of your choice. Close and serve hot.
* Homemade adobo sauce: peel and chop (SuperSonic Compact Chopper) one onion into pieces, 1 cm of fresh ginger, and 4 garlic cloves. Add 3 bay leaves and 1 tsp whole peppercorns and blend. Mix 2 tsp rice vinegar, 5 tsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp sugar. When the sugar is dissolved, blend all the ingredients well with 3 tsp water.
