Asian-flavored Burgers
Discover burgers with rich Asian flavors, made with ground beef seasoned with soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic chili, ginger, and lime.

Préparation
Mix the egg, then add the ingredients (except those for the side) and mix vigorously to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Divide into 4 equal portions and form steaks by pressing the meat firmly (Hamburger Press)
Cook the chicken steaks in the Air Fryer or in a pan.
When the buns are warm-hot, assemble your burgers according to your taste by adding coleslaw, sauce, lettuce, and the steak.
Air Fryer Cooking: Preheat the Air Fryer for about 5 minutes at 190°C, then cook 2 steaks for about 5 minutes, flip them, and finish cooking for 2 to 5 minutes (depending on your preference). Do the same for the next 2 steaks.

** Asian Sauces of your choice: Spicy Aioli: mix 5 1/2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 teaspoon of poultry chili sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
