Spiced Chicken Burgers
Discover delicious spiced chicken burgers, made with ground chicken, paprika, cumin, and melting cheese for a tender and flavorful result.

Préparation
Finely chop the washed and peeled spring onions, peeled garlic cloves, and coriander (SuperSonic Chopper extra).
Add the chicken cut into pieces, spices, grated cheese, salt, and pepper, and blend.
Divide into 4 equal portions and form chicken patties by pressing the meat firmly (Hamburger Press), then lightly oil them (Pro silicone brush).
Cook the chicken patties in the Air Fryer*, the Micro Pro Grill*, or in a pan.
Finely blend (SuperSonic Chopper compact) the peeled red onion with the barbecue sauce. Open the burger buns and spread the onion mixed with the sauce on the bottom bun, close the buns, and warm them up (Air Fryer, Micro Pro Grill, or pan).
When the buns are warm to hot, assemble your burgers as you like by adding lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sauce, and the chicken patty.
Serve with a green salad or fries (Air Fryer).
*Cooking:
- Cook 2 chicken patties for about 12 minutes at 180°C in the Air Fryer (adjust cooking time to your taste) or 6 minutes at 900 watts, flip them, and finish for 4 minutes at 900 watts in the Micro Pro grill. Do the same for the remaining 2 patties, reducing the cooking time by 2 minutes since the Air Fryer or Micro Pro grill will be hot.
- Or about 15 minutes in a hot pan, turning halfway through cooking.
Variations:
Change up the flavors by varying the spices: curry, chili, hamburger peppers, Mexican blend. You can also thinly slice (MandoJunior or MandoChef) the red onion and brush it with sauce.
