Italian-style burgers and marinated onions
Discover Italian-marinated beef burgers, seasoned with garlic, fresh basil, balsamic vinegar, and Marsala for tender and flavorful meat.

Préparation
Salt and pepper the beef, mix well, and shape into burgers (Hamburger Press).
Finely chop the peeled garlic cloves, basil leaves, and cloves (SuperSonic Chopper extra). Add the rest of the
marinade ingredients and mix.
Pour the marinade into a dish (Aloha Salad Bowl 2 l), add the peeled and finely sliced onions (MandoJunior), the meat burgers, cover, and let marinate for 3 hours (or overnight) in the refrigerator.
Preheat the Air Fryer for about 5 minutes at 190°C, then cook 2 steaks for about 5 minutes, flip them, and finish cooking for 2 to 5 minutes (depending on your preference). Do the same for the next 2 steaks.
Keep warm and do the same with the remaining burgers.
Meanwhile, pour the marinade and onions into a non-stick pan. Bring to a boil, then cook for about 8 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. The marinade will thicken and the onions will become tender.
Serve the meat burgers with the cooked onions and the bread of your choice. Season with sauces of your choice (optional).

- 2 medium yellow onions, peeled

- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 bunch of basil
- 1 pinch of ground clove
- 4 tbsp of olive oil (extra virgin)
- 30 g of balsamic vinegar
- 250 g of Marsala (wine) (or dry sherry)
- 4 burger buns
- Toppings and sauces of your choice
