Cilantro and Lime Vegan Burgers
Discover tasty and colorful vegan burgers made from black beans, enhanced by the freshness of cilantro and lime.

Préparation
Coarsely chop (SuperSonic Chopper extra) the beans, breadcrumbs, peeled, seeded, and chopped red bell pepper, garlic, coriander, salt, and lemon juice.
Divide the mixture evenly into 4 portions and shape into patties (Hamburger Press).
Cook in the Micro Pro grill*, Air Fryer*, or in a lightly oiled pan (about 7 minutes on each side).
Heat the buns, assemble the burgers with the sauce and toppings of your choice, and serve hot.
*Micro Pro grill: Cook 2 patties in the Micro Pro grill with the lid in the low position for about 8 minutes at 900 watts. Flip the patties and finish cooking for about 2 minutes at 900 watts. Keep warm and do the same with the remaining 2 patties, reducing the cooking time by about 2 minutes.
*Air Fryer: Cook 2 patties for about 15 minutes at 200°C, flipping halfway through. Do the same for the remaining 2 patties, reducing the cooking time by about 2 minutes.
