Quick pancakes

Préparation
Put 45 ml of milk into the Speedy Chef, then add the eggs, flour, and salt (and sugar for sweet pancakes). Close and mix on speed 2 for 20 seconds.
Add 150 ml of milk and mix for 20 seconds.
Add the remaining milk and mix on speed 1 for 20 seconds.
Cook a well-spread amount of batter in a lightly oiled and hot pancake pan. Turn the pancake and finish cooking, about 1 minute. Both sides should be lightly golden.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Tip: For light pancakes, let the batter rest for 1 hour and, if needed, adjust the consistency with milk, water, or beer.
