Detox Bowl with Quinoa and Crunchy Vegetables

Préparation
1. Rinse the quinoa using a strainer.
2. Cook the quinoa in a microwave-safe container or a saucepan. Let it rest for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
3. Peel the carrots. Using the MandoChef (straight blade, position 1 or 2), slice the carrots and cucumber into even rounds.
4. Use the precision blade of the MandoChef to slice the radishes very thinly.
5. Prepare the detox vinaigrette in large quantity: in the SuperSonic Chopper extra, place the lemon juice, olive oil, peeled fresh ginger, honey, salt, pepper, and mint. Pulse several times to achieve a perfect emulsion.
6. In a large serving bowl, spread the warm quinoa at the bottom.
7. Arrange the spinach shoots, carrots, radishes, cucumber, chickpeas, and sliced avocado harmoniously on top.
8. Generously drizzle with sauce using a silicone spatula, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and sesame. Serve immediately.
