Green donuts
Découvrez nos donuts verts au brocoli et fromage, une alternative légère et savoureuse cuite au four, idéale pour un brunch ou pour accompagner vos plats.

Préparation
Cook the broccoli with water for 5 minutes at 600 watts, stirring halfway through (1 l MicroCook Pitcher).
Let rest for 1 minute, then drain well and let cool for 5 minutes.
Preheat the oven to Th 6/7 or 200°C (about 400°F).
Blend the cheese using the SuperSonic extra chopper, add the eggs, broccoli, salt, pepper, and finish blending.
Pour the mixture into the cavities of the Hoops Mold placed on the cold oven rack and bake for about 20 minutes on the lower rack in the preheated oven.
Let rest for 5 minutes before unmolding. Enjoy as part of a brunch or as a side dish with meat or fish.
