Chocolate treats

Préparation
Finely chop the pistachios in the Small SuperSonic Chopper, then set aside. Finely chop the almonds in the Small SuperSonic Chopper, then set aside.
Break the chocolate into small pieces, or make thin shavings using the Universal Peeler and place in the 1.75 l container of the Micro 3.
Place the lid on top and microwave for 30 seconds at 900 watts, stir using the Spider Whisk, then microwave for another 30 seconds.
Stir. Repeat the operation until the chocolate is completely melted.
Pour the melted chocolate into the silicone Rectangular Mold and gently vibrate so the chocolate spreads over the entire surface.
Immediately add the ingredients for decoration by section, or as desired.
Let rest for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Once the chocolate has hardened, unmold by pulling the silicone Rectangular Mold and place the chocolate on the Flex Board.
Cut chocolate squares using the Chef's Knife and store in a Regula 2.6 l until serving time.
