Malteser® Cake
Discover a spectacular Malteser® cake made of several soft layers flavored with Ovomaltine®, filled and covered with a smooth dark chocolate ganache.

Préparation
Pour all the cake ingredients in order and mix until you get a smooth batter.
Weigh 200 g, pour it into the greased Cooking Ring placed in the center of the Micro Pro grill, smooth to spread the batter evenly in the mold (Silicone spatula) and cook for about 3 minutes at 900 watts, Lid in high position.
Let rest for 2 minutes before unmolding the cake onto a rack and letting it cool.
Repeat this 3 times with the remaining batter (clean and greased Cooking Ring)
Heat (MicroCook 1 l pitcher) the liquid cream with the chopped chocolate, about 2 minutes 30 seconds at 360 watts. Let rest for 3 minutes before mixing (Whisk mixer).
Stack the cakes by sticking them together with about 2 tablespoons of chocolate cream.
Cover the cake with the remaining chocolate cream, starting with the top and then spreading it gently and evenly on the sides.
Place the cake on a serving plate and decorate it with Malteser® starting from the bottom and finishing on the top. The cream will stick the Malteser® to the cake as it cools.
Keep refrigerated until serving.
