Spiced Foie Gras Waffle
Discover our delicious recipe for gingerbread waffles with foie gras, perfect for a refined appetizer.

Préparation
Place the gingerbread pieces in the Extra Chef, add the eggs, milk, sugar, and blend lightly.
Let rest for 15 minutes to allow the gingerbread to soak.
Add the baking powder, melted butter (melted for 30 seconds at 600 watts), and blend until the mixture is perfectly smooth.
Pour the mixture into the Waffle Mold placed on the cold oven rack and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated fan oven at Th 6 or 180°C.
Let the waffles cool for a few minutes before unmolding and cutting them diagonally.
Serve ½ waffle per person topped with a slice or strips of foie gras.
