Mini tuna muffins
Découvrez nos mini muffins au thon salés, moelleux et parfumés au curry, parfaits pour l'apéritif ou en entrée.

Préparation
Remove the oven rack and preheat the oven to 180° C. Peel the garlic and shallot and place in the Petit SuperSonic ® Chopper.
Add the coriander and finely chop, then put into the 1.25 l Magic Pitcher. Add the tuna, olive oil, red wine, curry, and ground coriander.
Mix using the silicone spatula and let marinate for about 30 min. (optional).
Add the flour, egg, yogurt, cream, baking powder, salt, and pepper and mix using the silicone spatula.
Place the silicone mini muffin mold * on the cold oven rack and distribute the batter into the cavities.
Slide into the preheated oven for 25 min. Let rest for 3 min. before unmolding and serving hot as an appetizer or with a salad as a starter.
Tip *: This recipe can also be made in the silicone cupcake mold.

- 50 ml de vin rouge
- 2 CC de curry en poudre
- 2 CC de coriandre en poudre
- 75 g de farine
- 1 œuf
- 1 CS de yogourt
- 2 CS de crème
- 1 CC de poudre à lever
- Sel et poivre
