Winter salad
Discover our colorful winter salad with cabbage and tahini, rich in vitamins, perfect for a healthy and balanced meal.

Préparation
Equip the MandoChef with the smooth blade and set to 1 mm. Attach the red cabbage to the finger guard and cut directly over the 4 l Aloha.
Repeat the operation with the Savoy cabbage and carrots.
Chop the parsley, coriander, mint, and kale in the Extra SuperSonic Chopper.
Empty into the 4 l Aloha and add the sesame seeds.
Put all the ingredients for the dressing into the 2 l Pro Mixing Bowl and mix using the Whisk until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the chopped vegetables and roasted sesame seeds.
Serve immediately.
Tip: For a spicy version, finely chop the chili and add it at the same time as the dressing. To enhance the flavors of the tahini, you can add 1 tsp of lemon juice.
