Fish soup
Discover our delicious fish and vegetable soup, quick in the microwave, perfect for a light and tasty meal.

Préparation
Wash the celery and leek. Peel the onion.
Peel the tomatoes using the Universal Peeler and remove the seeds.
Slice the celery, leek, and onion thinly.
Place them in the 1 L MicroCook Pitcher, add the olive oil, stir, cover, and cook in the microwave for 6 minutes at 600 watts, stirring halfway through.
Dice the tomatoes, then add them to the pitcher.
Add the wine, bay leaf, powdered paprika, tomato paste, and water.
Mix, cover, and cook in the microwave for 8 minutes at 600 watts, stirring halfway through. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the fish fillet into pieces and add it to the pitcher, stir, cover, and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes at 600 watts. Let rest for 2 minutes and serve with croutons or toasted bread.
