Préparation
- Wash the red kuri squash thoroughly and cut it into pieces, without peeling, removing the seeds.
- Peel the onion and the sprouted garlic and chop them (SuperSonic compact).
- Place the chopped mixture and the pieces of red kuri squash, the butter, the nutmeg, and the water in a dish (MicroCook round 2.25 l). Cook at 600 watts for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Blend using a hand blender, adding boiling water to reach the desired consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut the chorizo into thin strips and serve them with the hot soup.
