 – Flexible airtight lid for storage in the refrigerator and freezer, with a tab for easy removal. To be removed before defrosting, reheating, or cooking.

• Never cook anything uncovered (unless the recipe specifies it).
  

Wait until the preparation is cold before putting on the flexible lid.

The flexible lid must be removed before any defrosting, reheating, or microwave cooking.
