Peel the leeks, wash them, and finely chop them in several batches (SuperSonic Extra)
Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into small pieces (Super Dicer)
In a dish (MicroCook round 2.25 l), put the potatoes, the chopped leeks, the crumbled broth, and pour in the water.
Cook at 600 watts for 20 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Blend the soup using a hand blender, then add the fresh cream and the grated Cantal cheese.
Salt, pepper, stir well, and serve immediately.
