Cooking Pot Préparation

Preheat the oven to Th 6/7 or 200°C.

Peel the shallot and garlic, and chop them (SuperSonic Chopper compact).

Put them with the oil and cook for 1 minute at 600 watts (MicroCook Pitcher 1 l).

Peel the potatoes (Peeler) and cut them into cubes (Super Dicer).

Add the potato cubes to the chopped shallot and garlic (MicroCook Pitcher 1 l), add the water, mix, and cook for about 8 minutes at 600 watts, stirring halfway through.

Mix the eggs, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked potatoes and mix (Silicone Spatula). Adjust the seasoning and distribute the mixture into the cavities of the Hoop Mold placed on the cold oven rack.

Cook for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Wait a few minutes before unmolding.

Serve alone, with oil-marinated roasted peppers, drained and chopped with parsley, or cooked beetroot blended with a little balsamic vinegar (SuperSonic Chopper compact).

An ideal recipe for brunch.
