Vegan burger with black beans and sweet potatoes
Discover a delicious and nourishing vegan burger, made with black beans, tender sweet potato, brown rice, and a touch of smoked paprika.

Préparation
Rinse and drain the beans. Mash half of them into a puree (Aloha Salad Bowl 2 l).
Add the remaining beans, the other ingredients, and mix well to obtain a smooth mixture. Form 4 equal patties (Hamburger Press).
Warm the burger buns in the Air Fryer for about 5 minutes at 190°C. Keep them warm.
Place 4 patties in the Air Fryer basket and cook for about 12 minutes at 190°C, turning them halfway through cooking.
Fill the burger buns with sauces and toppings of your choice and one cooked patty. Enjoy immediately.
*Steam or boil the peeled and chopped sweet potato. Drain and mash it into a puree.

- 210 g of cooked black beans (or red beans) (rinsed and drained)
- 120 g of sweet potato puree*
- 130 g of cooked brown rice
- 20 g of green spring onion
- 30 g of almond puree
- 1 tsp of cumin seeds
- 1/2 tbsp of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper
- To serve: 4 burger buns
- Side options: slices of tomatoes, red onions, and avocado, lettuce... Sauce options: ketchup, BBQ, mayonnaise...
