Préparation
Peel the garlic and onion and chop them finely (SuperSonic compact).
Put them in a microwave-safe dish (MicroCook round 2.25 l) with the oil, stir, and cook for 6 minutes at 600 watts.
Add the coral lentils, crumbled vegetable stock cube, pepper, and pour in the water.
Stir well and cook for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Blend the mixture using a hand blender, gradually adding the almond milk.
Adjust the seasoning.
Serve the lentil cream soup alone or with a dollop of cumin whipped cream.
