Winter verrine
Discover our delicious winter verrine recipe with fruit and mascarpone, perfect for seasonal desserts.

Préparation
Peel the apple and pear ( Vertical peeler ), core them, then cut into small cubes ( Super dicer ).
Squeeze and zest the half lemon ( Lemon squeezer with Ergologics Zester ).
Mix ( Ultimate silicone bag small ) the lemon, cinnamon, and fruit cubes ( Narrow silicone spatula ).
Let marinate for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
Whip the mascarpone with the liquid cream into whipped cream ( DuoChef, speed 2), then add the icing sugar and finish whipping.
Distribute into verrines, the fruit cubes, mascarpone whipped cream, and sprinkle with coarsely crushed biscuits ( SuperSonic ® Chopper small ).
