Let marinate for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

Whip the mascarpone with the liquid cream into whipped cream ( DuoChef, speed 2), then add the icing sugar and finish whipping.

Distribute into verrines, the fruit cubes, mascarpone whipped cream, and sprinkle with coarsely crushed biscuits ( SuperSonic ® Chopper small ).
