Ultra Pro Terrine 500 ml

The Ultra Pro 500 ml Terrine is ideal for cooking individual dishes or savory terrines (meats, fish, vegetables), foie gras, flans, breads, rice pudding, desserts, cakes... For 1 to 8 people depending on the recipe.

Everything is possible: stews, pasta, potato or vegetable gratins, small breads, cakes, crumbles...

Ideal for preparing starters, main courses, desserts, or side dishes in individual portions.

Super practical, use it in the oven, refrigerator, freezer, and microwave. Withstands temperatures from -25 °C to +250 °C.

USAGE:

• Always wait for your oven to be fully preheated before placing the UltraPro Terrines inside. In some ovens, all heating elements (including the grill) turn on to reach the desired temperature. If the Terrine is in the oven during preheating, it could be damaged.
• Always use gloves or oven mitts to remove the Terrines from the oven by holding the handles on each side.
• Always let your preparation rest for 5 minutes after cooking for even heat distribution.
• Do not use metal cutlery or utensils to avoid damaging the Terrines. Unmold your preparations before serving.
• Never use the grill function, as it would irreparably damage the Terrine. Be careful when using programs to ensure this function does not activate.
• When lifting the lid, be careful to move it away from you and direct the steam in the opposite direction.
• Wash your product with warm soapy water. Do not use abrasive sponges or overly harsh cleaning products.
