The Separator can be positioned on the Colander as needed. It clips into the slots of the Colander to present and serve.

Reversible lid: to cover the serving dish or be used separately as a serving dish or auxiliary tray

Compact storage: the Colander fits perfectly inside the dish to optimize storage.

Avoid odors and steam thanks to poached cooking (broccoli, cauliflower). Perfect cooking: by poaching which prevents your food from being overcooked while keeping it warm.

USES :

With the Strainer:

To rinse and drain, defrost meats, fish, vegetables, fruits… and prevent them from "bathing" in their juice.

To poach fish fillets, vegetables, fruits…

To separate broth or sauce from stewed dishes (pot-au-feu, chicken in pot, couscous…).

Remove fruits from a punch, sangria…

Serve hot and crispy fried foods by adding coarse salt between the Strainer and the Base.

Serve foods and keep them hot or cold with hot water, or crushed ice between the Strainer and the Base.

Without the Strainer:

To desalinate a fish or meat.

To mold cold desserts: tiramisu, black forest cake, cheesecake…

Ideal for barbecues or large meals to serve composed salads, tabbouleh…

TIPS :

Ideal for peeling tomatoes: make a slight incision on the tomatoes, place them in the Strainer, pour boiling water and cover for 5 minutes, drain the tomatoes and remove the skin.

Use the inverted Serving Dish to cover a roast, the Lid serving as a base and the Lid Base.

Protect your fruits from insects by placing them in the Lid and positioning the inverted Strainer on top.

Use the Separator to serve foods separately (meats and vegetables).
