How to use:

You can use the grater in two ways:

• Grate directly onto your plate.
• Place the grater on a cutting board or plate at a 30° angle for optimal stability and an ergonomic grip while grating.

Depending on how you grate, you can achieve different results:

• For longer and finer results: Make long strokes, starting from the top of the grater to the end of the blade.
• For shorter and coarser results: Make short up-and-down movements on half of the blade.
