Use:
Wash your vegetable, trim it, and cut into pieces about 15 cm long.  
Lock the cone into the base then hold the Junior Spiralizer in your palm or place it on a cutting board. 
Place your vegetable in the cone of your choice and start turning by hand. Only when you can no longer turn by hand should you use the pusher to finish cutting the vegetable.
Simply place the food in the guide for safe cutting! 
The pusher's teeth are protected by the cone.
