The Pure filtering carafe improves the taste of water thanks to its filtering granules. It also reduces limescale deposits (depending on the hardness of your water), decreases unpleasant tastes and odors as well as substances such as chlorine. It can filter up to 7.5 liters per day and helps avoid the consumption of 600 bottles of 1.5 liters of water per year. Its filtered water should be consumed within 24 hours. The filter cartridge is the part filled with filtering granules which are provided in a sachet. These granules are made from coconut shell derivatives and are easily poured into the cartridge. When recharging, there is no need to throw away the cartridge! With Tupperware, simply replace the filtering granules with a new sachet of granules sold through our network. This system is much more ecological. The cartridge has a grid that prevents the granules from escaping the filtering system and getting into the filtered water. The cartridge must always be kept moist. When the water level in the carafe approaches the bottom of the cartridge, refill it with water. If the carafe has not been used for 1 or 2 days, soak the cartridge again for 15 minutes and do not consume the water from the first pass. The Pure filtering carafe has an indicator showing you when to change the cartridge contents. It should be changed after a maximum of 4 weeks or 150 liters of filtered water. Once the cartridge contents are changed, reset the digital memo by holding down the start button for a few seconds. Place the product out of direct sunlight. Use the Pure filtering carafe to prepare the water for your tea or coffee, their taste will be better. Use it for infant preparations, juice-based drinks, and powder mixes, they will also taste better.
