Large Crown Mold – Large Size

Our Large crown mold is perfect for parties!

In addition to the beautiful gelatin-based desserts and salads you will create, this versatile mold can be used to shape a variety of desserts such as no-bake cheesecake, mousse or chocolate ganache, ice cream, cereal chips, or foods like cold cuts, rice dishes, and pasta.

• A cone and a mold with perfect fluting to hold biscuits or create an elegant shape.
• Unfailing unmolding thanks to the flexible lid for easy opening of the mold, the smooth interior so preparations slide easily, and the removable cone which creates an air release and allows the preparation to be unmolded directly onto a serving dish.

To fill the Large crown mold:
- Before pouring your preparation, place the cone in the Mold.- Oil the inside of the Mold for delicate preparations, or run it under cold water without drying for frozen preparations.
- Fill the mold up to 1 cm from the edge and press down if needed.
- Place the flexible lid, expel the air, and close.
To unmold:
- For frozen preparations, quickly run the Mold under warm water then dry it, or wipe it with a sponge moistened with warm tap water.
- Remove the flexible lid and turn the Mold over onto the serving dish.
- Gently lift the cone tab to create an air release and allow the preparation to slide onto the serving dish.
Do not pour hot foods or liquids (no hotter than 60 °C) into the mold such as hot caramel, chocolate, oil, butter, honey, broth… this could damage the product.

Warning: Do not use with steam or in a bain-marie.
